I can help you to learn techniques to control your anxiety and rationalise distressing thoughts in a calm, compassionate environment. I can help you to develop the techniques to reframe any thought patterns that you want to change in a non-judgmental, collaborative space.

Phobias
Terrified of spiders? Flying? Cramped spaces? Heights? Or even something you’ve never admitted to anybody because it seems ‘weird’? In a small number of sessions, I can help you overcome the fears that, I’ll bet, you haven’t been able to imagine life without.

Quitting smoking
Tried everything to quit smoking or vaping, but struggling with willpower? In one two-hour session, together we can change your mindset around smoking and give up for good - without the stress of willpower.

Struggle with managing your weight? Struggle with body image or body confidence? I can help you to manage stress and anxiety relating to these areas, and develop techniques for mindful eating, mindful exercise, and positive activity.

IBS
Struggle with irritable bowel conditions? The National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) lists hypnotherapy as a treatment to help with IBS. I offer gut-directed hypnotherapy which helps you to manage symptoms of irritable bowel conditions.
